We really make a treat here, we get the best of the best, Rougie Duck Breast from France, then we cook it Sous Vide at 54 degrees for 3 hours so it is well cooked, soft juicy and still pink inside.

All you need to do is sear it on a pan, grill it in your BBQ or oven, slice it up, voila - done

Serve with caramelized potato, red cabbage and brown gravy (all available here in the shop). It even goes well as cold cut in a sandwich.
