Another Danish traditional dish, though we cannot trace the recipe further back than 1935, all Danes nowadays recognize this as one of our National dishes.

We are boiling a traditional Danish Meatball in a rich pork broth instead of frying it, then we create a tangy curry sauce which simply accompanies the meatballs in a fantastic combination of flavors and textures.
